Ella Williams is a hatha flow yoga teacher based just outside Bath.
Ella first tried a yoga class as a student 12 years ago and was instantly uplifted, energised and amazed at its transformative effects. From this, a physically demanding ashtanga class, Ella has gone on to explore many forms of yoga practice as a whole. She has trained with The British Wheel of Yoga, Shakti Mhi of Prana Yoga College, Tel Aviv, Yoga Campus, London and has taught in studios, gyms, and community spaces in London, retreat centres and rooftops in southern Spain and Portugal. On her yoga journey, Ella has personally developed her appreciation and understanding of the connection between body, mind and soul and now shares this through teaching a flowing form of hatha yoga with energy, playfulness and sensitivity across North Wiltshire and Bath.
